Public Classes

As a passionate and life-long student of living Yoga and Ayurveda, plus a teacher, blogger, writer, speaker, and mentor, I was gifted with the opportunity to lead close to 4000 hours worth of public yoga classes in my first 4 years of teaching. This enriching experience enabled me to connect with so many inspiring souls (just like you) through various styles and formats of teaching.

Yet to sustain my energy, creativity, and my own path of practice I have slowly cut down on public group classes and further invested my time in newer ventures – such as retreats, yoga teacher mentorship, workshops and events, plus some inspiring and educational online offerings.

Below you can find the small selection of public classes I currently have scheduled – please note that at any time these are subject to change (due to the nature of my work and travels), hence I recommend you double check with the studios listed also.

NOTE – I am currently returning SLOWLY from Maternity Leave and am teaching only the below classes permanently.
However, I am often teaching fill ins and workshops which I share most of the time through social media. xx

CORPORATE YOGA

The benefits from adding corporate yoga in the workplace are truly profound for the participants, both internally and externally. The sessions can be tailored to any level of experience, fitness level, and body type. The yoga sessions can incorporate a blend of dynamic flowing movements blended with essential calming restorative postures. In doing so, participants will receive a unique blend of strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation.

Yoga helps to relieve stress and tension, improves posture, and refreshes both mind and body.

Meditation can also be an additional option during a corporate Yoga program.

How do the sessions run?

  • Weekly, for 45-60 minutes per session (depending on your needs) over a 10 to 12 week period.
  • Monday – Friday at lunchtime.
  • Where? Any space that will accommodate your group size – A meeting room, conference room, boardroom, or outdoors works well.
  • Each student will need their own yoga mat (the most hygienic option!). Otherwise a large towel can absolutely be sufficient.

Rates upon request – and are dependant on travel time.

Availability in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and Central Coast regions.
