What can I expect?
These retreats are suitable for students of all levels of yoga. They are designed to deepen your Yoga practice and knowledge under the experienced guidance of Amy, – in a beautiful setting. You will be offered time every day to rest, read, or explore the surrounds. Feed and nourish yourself with delicious and nutritious meals. Connect with other like-minded yogis.
A retreat is not a yoga teacher training. Therefore the schedule will offer you space and free time during both the morning and afternoons. You can use this time to snooze, read, take a stroll, swim, or immerse in some deep conversation with others.

What style of Yoga will I be experiencing?
The style of Yoga taught by Amy on retreats is a blend of traditional Vinyasa Krama Yoga, infused with some restorative/yin yoga (using props), pranayama, and short meditations. Classes will be tailored to fit the average level of experience of participants.
Afternoon or evening sessions will prepare the body and mind for winding down. This may be via Yoga Nidra, meditation, restorative yoga, etc.
What is the level of yoga offered?
Amy’s retreats are suitable for beginners to more experienced students. Absolute beginners are most welcome, however, it is advisable to have some basic yoga experience.

Refund and cancellation policy
Initial booking deposit is non-refundable – but it is transferrable should you find someone to take your place. Additional payments made are refundable up until 8 weeks prior to the retreat start date.
